Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after required payment and written confirmation. Availability and prices can change until confirmation.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for accurate names and details, valid identification, passports, visas, health requirements, and arriving on time for each service.
Third-party services
Flights, buses, hotels, sightseeing, and other services may be provided by independent suppliers. Their operational rules and conditions also apply.
Changes and disruptions
Schedules and itineraries may change because of weather, supplier operations, government restrictions, safety concerns, or events beyond reasonable control.
